Strength & Conditioning Program for Young Athletes! 💪
Parish Barbell Athletics is back with our fall session, starting October 8th! This 8-Week program is designed for kids ages 7-17 to develop strength, conditioning, and agility in a fun, supportive environment. 🏋️‍♀️

📅 Classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM

🏃‍♂️ Perfect for athletes looking to enhance their performance or stay in shape during the season.

Join us for an electrifying event at the Alario Center in Westwego, LA!
Get ready to witness the most thrilling and spine-chilling experience of your life. Brace yourself for a heart-pounding excitement as we unveil The Lifting Dead.
This event is part of the 2023 Fitness Expo, featuring a variety of sports and activities. Explore the expo, cheer on athletes, and make it a day of fitness and fun. There will be a $20 entrance fee.
All YOUTH Weigh in at 7 am Lift at 9 am (17 years and younger)Women weigh in at 9 am Lift at 11 am (Juniors(18+) + open division)Men weigh in at 11:30 am Lift at 1:30 pm (Juniors(18+) + open division)
**These times are subject to change depending on how many lifters we have in each division.

This Meet will be open to anyone. Get qualified for the American Open Series or Nationals. This will be an inclusive, one-day weightlifting competition, contesting all age groups and weight classes youth (13&u), youth (14-15/16-17), junior (18-20), and open (all ages). Medals will be awarded for all weight classes, age divisions for all lifters, and the best lifter award by the Sinclair formula.

Get ready to lift spirits (and weights) at our inaugural Halloween Weightlifting Meet! Dress up in your spookiest, silliest, or most creative costume and head to the Alario Center for a thrilling day of lifting and laughter. Plus, if you're feeling extra ghoulishly generous, we're looking for volunteers to assist our judges with loading weights. Join us for a memorable Halloween fitness extravaganza! We are excited to host The Lifting Dead meet by celebrating the weightlifting community.
