📣 Chambersburg Wrestling – July Club Practice Schedule 🤼

We're excited to announce our July club wrestling practice schedule! Whether you're just getting started or preparing for the upcoming season, we have opportunities for wrestlers of all ages to improve their skills.

🌟 New This Month – Elementary-Only Practices! 🌟

We're adding dedicated elementary-only practices to give our youngest wrestlers more mat time in an environment focused on learning fundamentals, building confidence, and having fun. These sessions are a great opportunity for new wrestlers to get comfortable on the mat while allowing more experienced youth wrestlers to continue developing their technique.

Our regular practices for older wrestlers will continue with slight time adjustments on days with Elementary practices, MS/HS instruction will be geared toward improving technique, conditioning, and live wrestling.

We encourage everyone to attend as many practices as possible. Consistency is key to improvement, and every practice is another opportunity to get better.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the mat this July! 🤼
