This summer’s Most Improved 🤩 Award goes to Michael Dimock! 🥇 Michael is an incredibly hard worker, extremely dedicated, and an excellent role model. We can’t wait to watch you crush a new PR this high school season!

Congratulations Michael Malik & Cooper Wilson on completing your first AAU National Championship!!! finished 14th on 3m and 18th on 1m. Cooper finished 24th in the girls 14 year-old 1m prelim. We are SO proud of all our amazing athletes and can’t wait for another exciting season!

Congratulations Max Kooper on your 9th place finish at 2025 AAU National Championships! Max placed 36th at this meet last year. Way to show us what happens when you Trust. The. Process. You are an excellent example of what dedication and discipline can do. 💪
