VirTra’s Kim Craig and Richard Kennedy recently joined the Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate’s Force Modernization Branch Industry Day at the CBP Advanced Training Center in Harpers Ferry.

Industry and law enforcement professionals came together to explore emerging tech and advanced training solutions that support readiness, decision-making and performance in the field. 💪

Kim and Richard demonstrated how immersive, scenario-based training helps personnel prepare for complex, high-pressure situations while building their decision-making, communication and use-of-force skills in a realistic training environment.

Last night, VirTra was honored to sponsor the Scottsdale Police Department’s Citizens Police Academy and be a part of a program that helps bring law enforcement and the community together through education and conversation.

The 10-week academy gives community members a behind-the-scenes look at the department and an opportunity to learn more about the people, training and responsibilities involved in serving and protecting Scottsdale.
