Been off social for a while, the break was good.

Nothing is as good as being away from technology and real life. And, I just finished the greatest outdoor adventure ever.

I'll post the whole story, but I don't know if I will ever be able to top the adventure and ending of my first ever archery elk hunt.

This is a prototype Optic Armor still going strong. This rode in a buggy on Arizona forest roads, got a little dusty but the glass was clear even after days like this.

Traffic stop in the mountains, that doesn’t happen too often…

Nestled between two pine trees, I sat water 20 feet in the air last night. It was a low percentage/high reward play, because this tank is the closest water to the canyon favored by the big bulls.

This was my first time in a tree saddle, and I used skills and gear from my rappelling days. I will do it again.
