We’re officially down to the final 2 weeks of the 6-Week Challenge! Stay locked in and finish strong! 💪✨

And great news… a brand NEW phase of workouts starts TOMORROW! Here’s what’s coming your way:

💎 RED DIAMOND
A resistance-based workout built on exaggerated overload. Think Romans + Panthers energy. Expect tempo work, full range of motion, and serious muscle fatigue.

🏈 QUARTERBACKS
Fast-paced, lateral movement, agility, and power—this session mimics the explosive action of an NFL game. Offense, defense, and everything in between.

⛰️ PINNACLE
A split-resistance peak phase workout. Choose upper or lower body focus, hit your max lift in the center pod, and superset with core or mobility. Tailor it to your goals.

⚡ TRIPLE THREAT
One of our toughest cardio sessions yet. Count your reps in Set 1… double them in Set 2… triple them in Set 3. Bring your A-game.

🐆 PANTHERS
A resistance session focused on pure overload. Push toward muscle fatigue and failure for major strength gains.

🎬 NOHO
The sister workout to Hollywood! Kick off Saturday with a hybrid mix of resistance, agility, plyo, and functional movement in a 60-minute sweat fest.

9️⃣ THE 9’s
A resistance hybrid with a unique structure: 9 reps of a primary movement followed by up to 9 reps of a secondary movement. Simple—yet spicy.
