Little Billy had a lot of firsts on this trip his first out-of-state basketball tournament, first time going to the beach, first father/son trip with just me and him, first time at Pecos Park, and first time in the beach sand. What a blessing this whole experience was. Huge thanks to Coach Jon for making the trip so amazing. And seeing our guy make it out was beautiful That was just the icing on the cake. Grateful for the memories, the laughs, and the time together. 💙🏀🌊

This young squad 7 freshmen, 2 sophomores, 1 junior battled all night and never backed down. That’s experience you can’t teach. That’s foundation being built.

And Kaulia? She absolutely balled out.

This is a Prayer 🙏 post for my great Friend / Coach / Brother I’m asking all Friends of mine / the basketball community coaches families all to say a prayer today now an hour from now all the day for our Coach Chris as he suffered a stroke last night. He is a fighter we all know that so please 🙏 everyone come together to pray for him & his family children. We have started a Meal Train if you want to help contribute etc I will have info for that shortly. I myself & family will be praying a Rosary at 2pm today for Coach.

Happy 16th Birthday to my beautiful daughter 💖 I honestly don’t know where the time went. Watching you grow into the smart, strong, kind, and intelligent young woman you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You are beautiful inside and out, and such a godly young woman, I see Jesus in you, and it’s truly so beautiful. Your faith and the way you love others make me so incredibly proud. Never forget how deeply you are loved and how much you mean to me. Being your dad is one of my greatest honors, and I can’t believe my baby is already 16 😭❤️ I love you more than words can say. Always. 🙏💖

2025-2026 Seton Varsity Basketball 🏀 Media Day

Game one is in the books for Seton Catholic, and the future already looks bright.
The Sentinels, a young squad loaded with seven-plus freshmen, opened their season on the road against a tough Bourgade Catholic team. Despite the hostile environment, Seton controlled the game from start to finish, holding the lead throughout. Bourgade briefly cut the margin to one in the first half, but Seton’s poise and ball movement kept them in command.

Offensively, Sophia DiPuccio stepped up as the floor general, controlling the tempo and getting her teammates involved. McKenna Iber, G, Emma, and the entire bench unit came in ready to play, giving Seton the spark and depth they needed. It was a true team effort—everyone contributed to tonight’s win.

Freshman Kaulia Bowler delivered a stunning varsity debut, filling the stat sheet with 19 points, 18 rebounds, 7 steals, 2 blocks, and 5 assists—one of the most impressive opening-night performances in recent Seton history.

Seton closed out the night with a 60–46 victory, giving Hall of Fame coach Karen Self a strong foundation to build on. With this much young talent and early chemistry, the Sentinels look poised to make noise not just this season, but for years to come.
