Here is a fun core workout for your obliques! This is and isometric workout that requires you to stabilize yourself on a yoga pad. You and a partner grab an end of a band and pull away from each other , hold this for thirty second intervals. Be sure to switch sides.

How many people water ski how about slalom skiing. Balance is very Important for the sport as well as other things we do in our daily lives. My mother took up water skiing recently and balance is what she needs to work on more if she is to get up on a single ski. But I know she can get it.

With a lot of people working from home, how many are experiencing low back pain maybe even hip pain? Would you believe it may not be the muscles of your back causing the pain? It may be the muscles of your inner hips. This picture thanks to my lovey assistant( pay no attention to the sasquatch pants) will help show you a simple stretch to help relieve some of the pain. Start by kneeling in a lunge position, make sure everything in 90% and your spine is straight. Squeeze your abdominals and your glutes. If you feel pressure in your upper quads and hips you are doing it correctly!

We urge clients to wash hands before and and after their time at the gym and please wipe down any cardio equipment after use we have provided extra clorox wipes around the gym. If any clients are feeling sick or ill please refrain from coming to the gym. We appreciate all your effort as we strive to keep the gym as safe and clean as possible.
