I have the business platform to be able to be bold in love , and exercise not just our bodies but also my freedom of speech ,religion and political views & beliefs and if you don’t share my opinions or views I still love you, but I choose not to dance around or cover anything up for you anymore ..in other words , if I want to pray , say Merry Christmas or choose to have a bible with me on the weight bench , even if I have a problem with a snowflake on a Starbucks cup instead of the phrase Merry Christmas because Christ offends someone !! you ask my opinion on anything other than fitness , I will give you the real answer this time based on scripture. Throughout my 21 year career I have lied to so many people because I was ashamed and did not want to offend someone with my answer or people assuming I was a bible thumper ...if I’m asked I should be able to have the freedom to give you a truthful answer on anything that aligns with scripture regardless of how you takes it as long as I say it with love .. I also say I will not discriminate but I will no longer be discriminated against .. you don’t have to choose to do business here if you are uncomfortable... I’m not changing my beliefs or keeping my freedom of speech ,religion to a minimum to suit you !!! I don’t have that platform anymore to run a business .. I can tell you the truth and not be ashamed ... so remember this on my business page ! Read below .. A little business tip for our economy that was fit and in great shape until covid . A nasty virus that not only was 94.9% survivable , but it help destroy our nation ..because they wanted a man they hated out of office ...Thank you President Trump for the support of all Small business regardless of gender or race .. the minds of millions of people were tainted and destroyed by social media and fake news . It was used to scare people and divide ..I’m happy that I have the freedom to be able to post the below information on my very own business page before they remove it as they did my Instagram business page for selling Trump shirts months ago .. if my page stays up remember below posted Jan 2021... we are in for a rough economical ride and I am not lowering my rates 😘 or taking advantage of any of their handouts because I’m a female . Donald J. Trump prepares to leave the White House, I am making this post so it will show back up as a future memory on my timeline. This isn’t a political dispute. I am genuinely curious what the next 4 years will bring:

Today is 1 day until the Biden/Harris Inauguration.
• Gas is currently $1.95 per gallon.
• Interest rates are 2.25 percent for a 30-year mortgage.
• The stock market closed at 30829.40 though we have been fighting COVID for 11 months.
• Our GDP growth for the 3rd Qtr was 33.1 percent.
• We had the best economy ever until COVID and it is recovering well.
• We have not had any new wars or conflicts in the last 4 years.
• North Korea has been under control and has not been testing any missiles.
• ISIS has not been heard from for over 3 years.
• The housing market is the strongest it has been in years.
• Homes have appreciated at an unbelievable rate and sell well.
• And let’s not forget that peace deals in the Middle East were signed by 4 countries—unprecedented!
• Unemployment sits at 6.7% in spite of COVID.

I never thought sitting still during a quarantine would spark so much vision! I’m so busy now between decorating our new home, I’m starting a new side business specialty Tee’s/hats. I don’t know if I will be returning to personally training any clients as of yet. I’m working on my own fitness right now, since our gym just opened and I don’t have to wear a mask !! Today will be day 4 and I can’t tell you what a difference in my body already!! I don’t feel semi-retired .. and at almost 59 years old in a couple of months.. I feel very busy but very blessed..🙏🏻❤️😷🌎
