Nov 22nd is Ironman Arizona!
I will be leading Run Aid Station #6. Same aid station as always but it is combined with #11 to minimize volunteers and to put safety first. My second shift is already full but I am in need of first and last shift. I would be so grateful if you could help. I promise it will be a ton of fun, lots of silliness, laughter and inspiration from watching the athletes. Especially the late night finishers! Nothing like it.
