If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this just may be the perfect program for you! Our all-star prep teams provide an excellent way for participants to receive an all-star experience with the same expertise staff but without the cost, travel and time commitment of our regular all-star teams. Prep teams attend 4 instate competitions performing a 2 minute routine verses 2 minutes & 30 seconds. The same USASF general rules and guidelines are followed.

WELCOME COACH HERRERA!
We are very excited to announce our new staff member at Empire Elite! DJ Herrera began his cheer career in high school. He received multiple top 3 finishes at the AIA State Championships. He started his coaching career in 2016 at Arizona Heat where he became a tumbling coach. While coaching he was also a member of their level 5 team where he won multiple National Titles and an impressive second place finish at the Summit. After the closure of Arizona Heat, DJ took his athletic and coaching talents to other all star gyms and participated on their Worlds teams while coaching stunt clinics, private stunting lessons, flying classes, tumbling and all star cheer teams. DJ has had multiple top 10 world championship finishes and has been recognized as one of Arizona’s best coed stunters. DJ will be providing stunt privates weekly for beginners to advanced level as well as clinics! He will be assisting with classes and teams to get to know all of our athletes! Help us welcome Coach Herrera!
