Building the athletes of today and tomorrow I have my Phd. I am currently a Strength Coach with the Chandler High School Football team.
in Exercise and Nutrition Science from ASU, and my Bachelors and Masters in Exercise Science, Fitness and Wellness from Fairmont State University. Through my studies and experiences, I have created a system that combines many aspects of different training styles including: strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, and HIIT. My circuit system can be adjusted to help athletes achieve their best athletic performance or adjusted to help achieve weight loss and fitness goals.
