SUPER FUN morning of food and friends at the gym as we said our goodbyes. What an amazing group of people. I can’t thank you all enough for today and for the past 6+ years of friendship and fitness. ❤️💪🏼💙

I have had several conversations about protein lately, so thought I would share some info…
Ideally, to gain lean muscle and burn fat, you will eat about 1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight. UNLESS you are trying to WEIGH LESS. In that case, it’s one gram per pound of the REALISTIC bodyweight you are working toward.
EVERYTIME I tell people that l, they try to convince me that they can not possibly eat that much protein. Yes you can. You just do it. Like me turning myself into someone who gets up at 4:10am every day and makes her bed. I decided to do that. I also decided to eat more protein because I want to be strong, healthy, smart and look better naked. If you want any/all of those things… make sure you eat enough protein
