About the job:
Rov is excited to offer an in person full time position with the ability to switch to a hybrid model. This job will primarily be located in Chandler, AZ at Aspire Kids Sports Center, with travel during the gymnastics season. Schedule will vary based off the clients and contracts, but will mostly be 9:00am-5:00pm hours. ROV is hiring an operations manager that will expand the current capacity of the company. The operations manager will work closely with the President taking lead on many of his responsibilities. This position will work side by side with the President on a daily basis, Your role will be multi-disciplinary and will involve a wide variety of tasks to expand the executive capacity of the President.

Job Requirements:
Gymnastics background preferred
Knowledge of Quickbooks specifically with estimating and invoicing
Project management
Client engagement
Executive management experience
Knowledge of gymnastics equipment and functionality
Sales experience
Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects.
Ensure coordination between internal team members to ensure successful project completion.
Own client-facing and internal summaries of initial prospective client meetings, including key decisions and action items.
Maintain customer data i.e., contacts, account health, significant events, etc. in company supported CRM.
Manage the day to day Operations
Travel: 10-25%

Another great competition weekend as the season comes to a close. Both Boys Regionals and Girls Regionals were a success!! Congrats to all the competitors and their hard work throughout this year! The has done a wonderful job setting up and tearing all of this equipment down!

is hosting their annual Sundevil Classic this weekend! So many happy gymnasts able to compete. Saturday night was filled with lots of energy as ASU took on the Colorado Condors and boys level 9 and 10 had all-around finals
