I think Facebook is suggesting we have tryouts for a fourth member. I’m not sure how the unholy trinity would work with more than 3, hell we haven’t made magic like our first year since, but our first OG came close.

From Tom Chemler,
With a heavy heart, I convey, Carl Nelson, a fellow Gambler, father and friend has passed.
He leaves behind two very young children and a young mother.
To benefit the Carl Nelson Memorial Fund, which will support his two boys, the Corvair featured in the article below will be raffled off and all proceeds will go towards the livelihood of those he left behind.
The Corvair (CorVazer):
This is my first Gambler car. A very solid 1965 Corvair Monza, using a 4.3 vortec/4L60E/4wd chassis, powertrain, and running gear. Complete with good condition powder blue interior and all Monza badging. [A few here can attest to it's wily yet refined nature. It's seen some wild times, and always comes back with more to give.] I've put 2500 miles on it, cruises and handles at 95 comfortably. It comes with a set of 33" Pro Comp tires and rimmed spares for burnouts (and it does well). 10-gallon fuel cell, high lift, onboard air, a Craftsman/Snap-On tool kit, and a Milwaukee impact
Every $15 entry comes with a sponsored CorVazer/relevant sticker pack.
*** Raffle is $15 a ticket

*** Drawing will be on November 5th
If you're too far to pick it up, I'll deliver it to you.
Whatever is raised with this fundraiser will be matched for donation to his memorial fund.
Here, in his first Gambler, he reports for NPR on what we know and love.

"So we shall let the reader answer this question for himself: who is the happier man, he who has braved the storm of life and lived or he who has stayed securely on shore and merely existed?"

First you get them hooked on the Jepsen's Malort.
Then you guide them through the next morning of being the human semblance of a manure train derailing.
I think it's fair to say I'm a pretty good teacher.
Doin what I can for the lord, allegedly.
Best car I've ever owned.
The epitome of reliability.
