Butterfly invites a sense of lightness and ease, reminding us to be kind to ourselves as we open up. Open your hips and your heart as you find a gentle, fluttering release. To practice Butterfly, sit with the soles of your feet together and knees out to the sides. Hold your feet with your hands, inhale to lengthen spine and gently fold forward.

Half Lord of the Fishes detoxifies the body and helps you reset your perspective for whatever comes next. Enter Half Lord of the Fishes from Staff Pose. Cross your right foot over your extended left leg, placing it flat outside the left knee (optionally bend the bottom leg), placing right fingertips behind you. Inhale to lengthen spine and twist your torso to the right, planting left arm on opposite knee. Exhale to deepen.
