SELF-CARE September Challenge...Day 15โ๐ฝ
Our days fly by in such chaos that we cant even remember where we put things... or even why we were going where we were going, "now why did i come up here?? I know yall have been here!
These are signs that we need to give ourself a min or two. That is what Days 13-15 are about in our Self-Care Challenge...taking 10 minutes to just sit with your thoughts..and write whatever you want.
It is so important to just sit quietly in a comfortable place with your thoughts. Get a fun journal and pen and just write..anything.

โMYTH OR FACT โ
๐คA standing desk is better for you than a sitting desk
๐ฅ IT DEPENDS. ๐ฅ
๐ชSitting all day is definitely NOT great for your body โ studies link it with all sorts of negatives from aches and pains to chronic disease and even a shorter lifespan.
But standing all day is also linked with potential issues like back and leg/foot pain and varicose veins.
๐ถโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธThe best bet: alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day! And donโt forget to take โmoving breaksโ โ like walking around the office, doing active tasks, etc.
๐ก ๐ Great Idea:
Take 5 minutes breaks throughout your day and add in any of the BodyCare exercises I have posted. You will be amazed and how good you will feel!!
๐Do you sit at work? Stand? Or both?
