Final videos of this series: resisted inhale and exhale. Resisted inhale with blindfold. Even though it was a little slower, the blindfolded inhale only deadlift was way more solid and evenly pulled.

Another continuation of the deadlift training a week or so ago... still had the left leg wrapped, with some tunes in both ears now, and either exhalation (1st) vid or inhalation (2nd) vid. Have to train both.
This was a continuation of this morning’s video. The bottom clip second rep was as if everything was reset. Shoulders more inline, torso started to unwind... more videos from this day to come.
Couple weeks back, I decided to play with a blindfold, sound in one ear, deep pressure (calf and thigh), and pulling myself into my dysfunctional pattern during deadlifts.
What’s important today and in the near future? I want to be strong... What’s one way I want to define strength? An evenly distributed barbell deadlift. On a scale of 1-10 how important is an evenly distributed barbell deadlift to me? 6/10. Why is it a 6 and not a 3? Because when I was at my physical peak previously I could deadlift 550 for 5 reps. I felt like I could lift and handle anything. I felt comfortable in my own skin. I paired it to training for professional wrestling (one of my childhood dreams).
My answers, reasons, enthusiasm, etc will all change on a daily basis. No matter what, it is paramount to evaluate the importance of what you are doing in your life every day with complete honesty. There are a million ways to define strength, health, fitness, etc... So my questions to you are WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO? HOW DO YOU WANT TO DEFINE IT? HOW IMPORTANT IS IT REALLY TO YOU? This is 385 for 6 on day 1.

Threat inoculation! There is a misconception that Neuro Athletic Performance Coaches must reduce threat in order to get people out of pain or to increase performance. Sometimes you need to threaten the nervous system so that it adapts. In return, you reduce overall threat by increasing your ability to handle threats. 107.1 is what you get in AZ...Better learn how to handle it.

After a rough IV administration, my client came in and was extremely upset that her ROM disappeared with a drastic rise in pain/discomfort. What about tennis?! Sensory before motor! A little bit of and a post photo neuromechanic drill... everything is good again. 1 day later, swelling and discomfort completely gone.
