Silverback Members:

Due to the prolonged heatwave we are experiencing, tomorrows weather showing consistent black flag conditions starting in the morning and continuing to worsen through the afternoon we have made the decision to close the gym Saturday July 23rd. The temperature will be in the mid 90s with the humidity we will be experiencing conditions in the low to mid 100’s and to ensure the health and safety of all our members we believe training in these conditions is not prudent.

We plan to reopen for regular classes on Monday the 25th for our normal schedule. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to getting back to full training next week. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

IBJJF rankings just updated, super proud of for being the number 1 ranked master 1 Blue belt middle weight AND open weight athlete in No Gi and for being the number 3 ranked Master 2 heavy weight brown belt AND number 2 ranked Open weight athlete in No Gi. These gentlemen set goals for themselves and it’s amazing to see them constantly achieve, work and dedicate themselves to achieving them. We’re only getting started. -

No regular evening classes for Presidents Day

These belts represent just over 82 years of Brazilian jiu jitsu experience. With only half our black belts training tonight we have the privilege of giving back to all those we share the mat with. Representing association proudly every day here. Can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow. -
