Even the watch didn’t like that 5 mile run at 95 degrees. It took me 20 extra mins. Last time I ran that hot I was 190lbs and it was more fun. I started today at 223lbs ended at 219lbs with Putting a liter of water back in me on the run.

She did great for the amount of time she had been ooc.
The workout was 80feet on the ladder then 10 single leg burpees for 5 rounds under 10:00 just a gauge for her running. Now off to lift some weights !

You know what I remember as a child? Going very rarely bc my mother said the food wasn’t good for you. By time I was done wanting toys I had no desire to go. I did however for about two years as an adult have a stretch where I was trying to save money, and so I frequented a burgerking daily for about a year. Then the Halloween black bun came out and I asked myself “where have my standards gone?” and haven’t been to a burger joint since. After that I did Did some Chick-fil-A here and there and now I am back to 0 fast food. The point is a parents example is a stronger force then yellow upside down breast will ever be. Be the example you want the next generation to be. Cooking up roadkill (well done) is healthier then the 72 preservatives that are put in the meat.

High in calories that will toss you a bunch of fat, and raise your blood sugar/insulin levels and keep you from fat loss. We eat it bc it’s easy, and salty, and cheap, and tastes good.
Cucumber and spicy guacamole:
Get to play with a 🔪 ,Taste of lemon 🍋 jalapeño 🌶 cucumber 🥒 full of good fats and water 💧 that actually cleans your insides. Guacamole was $4, cucumbers can be less than $1. Your tongue 👅 gets the same experience, and it won’t make you sh*t like and animal in the morning.
How’s your grip? If you are having difficultly getting a certain spot to fire and develop on your body, you may be surprised as to just how much a quality grip plays into that. The effects of a stable wrist joint, and a strong even grip can be shared and felt throughout your entire body. Not just while holding a dumbbell as shown. Either way, if you are going to examine your grip, it’s best to roll the sleeves up.
A late Christmas gift but at least it was snowing. Any worth their salt in corrective exercise 4+ years who can spot problems AND fix them and are willing to continue their in medical exercise and exercise we would live to meet you!

Today at 11:15 the summit for the Everest challenge was reached by none other then Tatiana Boskovich Sheptock with 3 weeks to spare 🙄 She accomplished the task in about three weeks also. Now If that carries any incentive for the rest of the “late bloomers” I might find a second place item to preset. Otherwise major award ceremony will be share this week. Congratulations Tatia! For the rest of you climbers, know that someone is out there pulling for you, it helps psychologically while you climb despite the reality of nobody actually caring. 👍
Climber 1 is a cool 5000 feet away from completing the challenge. With time to spare I might add. The first summit will happen by the end of this week most likely. With the rate that climber 1 has gone, it’s still manageable that another climber could finish before the first of January. It is an easy average of about 1100-1200 a day.
Everest update :
Player 1 has smoked the climb to camp 1 and has less then 9000 to go! Also a lost climber has entered (possibly by accident) The rest of the pack is still barely moving but they did show up and that’s important. Kinda like how a baby does at birth, good job for getting squeezed into the world players 2-5. I also don’t think any of them follow the page;) so it’s fine to give them sh*t on FB.
Update on The Everest challenge: Using the Jacobs ladder reach the summit of 29029’ by New Years.! The 4 players involved have been climbing for 2 weeks now and still have not reached base camp. The leader of the pack of four, should be on track to reach base camp in 1-1.5 weeks. Good luck climbers!
I’m going to be a little bossy here. Don’t buy a yard of candy bar for anyone ... I eat my share of candy during the appropriate holidays, but the fact is it’s just not a food group. So a casserole size KitKat is, in an extreme sense, a brick of poison. If you want to enjoy candy more, like most things in life, indulge less. This makes the substance or food or activity much better. It could also lead to feeling better, and becoming more productive in general.
