Guess I haven't made an official post about this, but I had to close my business August of last year due to the coronavirus. I wish all the clients that I have worked with the very best. If anyone is still looking for a great trainer to work with, let me know. Most of my clients have already been set up with trusted trainers.

Just finished my cardio.

1.5 miles in 15:25. That's about 40 seconds off the last time I did it.

The majority of PT clients are training to lose weight. Before you can start to lose weight we need to figure out why you are gaining weight.

Are you getting enough sleep?

Are you drinking enough water?

How stressed out are you?

Are you eating enough of the right things?

Are you exercising at least 4 days a week?

If you can get these things in order you will lose the weight you want to, and if will be far easier. If you are just trying a crash diet, you will fail.

Let's get some good workouts in before Christmas!

During the second lap of cardio my ankle tweaked. In the last quarter mile my back started to lock up. I still managed to shave 40 seconds off the last time I did it. That wasn't easy!

One of my clients move to an earlier time. I was going to workout at that time. So, now I am at the gym finishing my workout late. Almost done 😵😵😵

While my 1.5 mile time was better today, it is still pathetic! I am trying though. Now time to do my shoulder and chest workout.

What I have learned from my workout so far today, my 1.5 mile time is horrible!!!💓💓💓

Today is leg day for myself. I am just getting back into it after my knee injury. The weights I am using are kinda pathetic.

The first time I did this routine I could barely walk for a week! I have been using the same weights, reps, and sets for each exercise in order to let my legs get use to training again. Each time I do the workout my legs handle it better.

After an injury, surgery, or just being out for a long time, don't try to just jump right back to where you were. That is just a good way to get injured. Take your time and make sure you have the right type of program for yourself and your goals.
