We fight in pink this month💗

Nothing official — if you've got pink gloves, bring them. A small way to honor everyone who's been hit by breast cancer: the ones still in it, the ones who came out the other side, and the ones we lost.

Still time to get in on our Breast Cancer Awareness Challenge No One Fights Alone. 8 classes this month, all four weekly challenges, coach sign-off on your form, and the patch is yours.

Four, because there are more than 4 million breast cancer survivors in the United States.

You can use any 3 minute bag round in your classes this week, so make sure to get to class!

Chantilly is joining the KickHouse Tribe for No One Fights Alone — a Breast Cancer Awareness challenge with a patch you earn this October 🎗💗

To get yours complete:
– 8 classes in October
– All four weekly challenges
– Coach sign-off on your form

Week 1's challenge: 40 push-ups, 40 squats, 40 sit-ups. Forty, because that's the age women are advised to start regular mammogram screenings — annually or every other year.
