We will achieve healthy living together through intense physical training, nutritional guidance, and behavioral changes supported by the Rivalry Fitness community. Our goal is to maximize the capacity for each individual to enjoy life on their own terms, without the common restrictions associated with poor health. We will challenge members, but promise to have a lot of fun along the way.

The Team T1D Challenge workout is officially here!

Grab your teammate and get ready for a mix of running, bodyweight movements, and carries designed to challenge you while still being scalable for all fitness levels. Look out for a video to come going over movement standards.
