One of the members of my Boot Camp class recently did her second scan. She has been work SUPER hard in class, but had not seen any changes on the scale and was feeling a bit discouraged. The scan showed that she had converted about 5 pounds of fat into muscle 💪💪 Exactly what she had been trying to do!!

It's hard to stay motivated when we are focused only on what the scales are showing us. But when you see you have lost inches and/or converted fat into muscle, that gives you the motivation to keep pushing yourself.

Do you want to improve your health/fitness, but don't know where to start? I've been there...trying to do videos at home, but not having the discipline to be consistent, being intimidated by going to the gym because I didn't want to look out of place, not feeling like I got the most of out of my time because I didn't push myself or wasn't sure what to do.

If this is where you are, I would encourage you to try our Boot Camp classes. I always swore I would NEVER do a group fitness class because I was too self-conscious. Our next session of Boot Camp starts in two weeks! I have heard people say they are not in good enough shape to do these classes. That is a lie!! We ALL started somewhere and EVERYTHING can be modified to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. As the flyer says, start where you are and do what you can. Each class you will find yourself getting stronger. And that will lead you to never quit and to keep going!
