Teaming up with for a 12-week training program for the St. Anthony’s triathlon on April 27, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The triathlon features Sprint and Olympic distances. Program starts on February 5th and includes a Training Peaks plan, two weekly group practices, and exclusive gear. Training includes a one-hour swim each Wednesday and a 60- to 90-minute workout on Saturdays with cycling, running, or brick workouts. An information session will be on January 22nd at 6 pm at Blue Sky Endurance. Registration is open, so secure your spot!

Out with the squad this morning

Come join my virtual cycling classes! I coach LIVE classes or you can use the on-demand library of previous rides I’ve coached! It’s really fun and engaging.

All you need is your bike, a bike trainer, and an iPad/laptop with a Chrome browser.

The first 2 weeks are complimentary so you can just check it out to see if it works for you. These indoor workouts are very time efficient and I promise you will not only learn a lot but your fitness will improve!
