“just stretch your hip flexors” 😐 you’ve done that for months and your back still arches.

an anterior pelvic tilt is your psoas pulling your pelvis forward from deep in your core. stretching tugs on a muscle that’s already guarding, it won’t let go.

release the psoas and the tilt unwinds on its own.

Everyone talks about the psoas. Nobody hooks the iliacus.

The psoas gets all the attention! But your iliacus is sitting right next to it, deep in the pelvis, quietly pulling on your hips and low back. Ignore it, and you’re only solving half the problem.

Thrival was designed to hook both. One tool, shaped to reach the exact spot where the psoas and iliacus meet, so you’re not chasing relief with stretches that can’t get deep enough. You hit both muscles in a single move.

That’s why the release feels different... hips that actually let go, a back that stops overcompensating, and a body that finally moves freely. No appointment, no expensive bodywork session, no waiting to feel it.

Stop treating half the problem. Your iliacus has been waiting its turn. 😎

Tight hips? Your psoas has a partner in crime: the iliacus.

Everyone obsesses over the psoas but it doesn’t work alone. The iliacus sits right beside it, tucked into the inner bowl of your pelvis, and when it locks up it pulls on your hips, your low back, and your posture just as hard. Stretching can’t reach it. Foam rolling skips right over it.

That’s the gap Thrival was built to close. One tool, shaped to hook into the exact spot where the iliacus and psoas meet, so you’re not guessing and you’re not missing half the problem. You target both muscles in one move.

The result is the kind of release you feel immediately, hips that finally let go, a low back that stops compensating, and a body that moves the way it’s supposed to. No appointment, no $150 session, no waiting weeks to feel a difference.

Hook it. Release it. Feel it. Your iliacus has been waiting.

Your psoas gets all the attention. It’s the muscle everyone blames for tight hips, lower back pain, and that deep ache you can’t quite stretch out. So you foam roll, you stretch, you hang on a pull-up bar… and somehow it never fully lets go. There’s a reason for that.

Meet the iliacus. It’s the psoas’s partner, tucked along the inside of your hip bone, and together they form your iliopsoas, the muscle group that flexes your hip every single time you sit, stand, walk, or climb stairs. The problem? Most people never release the iliacus. Stretching can’t reach it, and foam rollers glide right past it. So the tension just stays.

That’s the missing piece. When you only work the psoas and ignore the iliacus, you’re treating half the problem. The two muscles work as a unit, which means real relief only comes when you release both. Once you do, people describe it as their hips finally “unlocking” after years of feeling stuck.

That’s exactly what Thrival is built for: targeted release for both the psoas and the iliacus, so you stop chasing the pain and actually get rid of it. 🎯

Your low back pain might not be a back problem. There are TWO muscles pulling on your lumbar spine right now — the psoas and the QL — and almost nobody releases both.

The psoas attaches to the front of your lumbar spine. The QL attaches to the back of it. When they’re tight, they’re playing tug-of-war with your spine all day — sitting, standing, sleeping.

In this video I release both. Psoas first, then I switch to the QL. Releasing one feels good. Releasing both is when people say the relief actually sticks.

Save this for your next flare-up. Your spine will thank you. 🧠

A chiropractor tried the Thrival tool on her psoas… and she’s not going back to tennis balls. 🥹

She said it digs into the iliacus AND psoas in a way a ball physically can’t — it holds the pressure for you so you can actually relax into the release.

Her exact words: “way better than tennis balls.” And she treats hip flexors for a living.

When the pros recommend it, that’s all the sign you need. Link in bio. 🩷

The sacrum is the foundation of your entire spine.

When it’s compressed and stuck, you feel it everywhere: low back, hips, glutes, even your legs. Most people never address it because nothing actually reaches it.

The Thrival Wave gets under the sacrum and gives it somewhere to decompress.

The relief is just unreal. Link in bio ❤️

When the chiropractor says ‘I’ve never felt a release like that’... you know it’s different.

She’s been adjusting spines for 12 years. She knows the body better than almost anyone. And the second the Thrival tool hit her psoas, she went silent.
Not the ‘this isn’t doing anything’ silent.

The ‘oh my god why have I never addressed this muscle’ silent.

The psoas is the most neglected muscle in the entire body. It connects your spine to your legs. It holds every emotion you’ve ever suppressed. Every hour you’ve sat at a desk. Every time you trained through tension instead of releasing it.
And nobody — not your chiropractor, not your PT, not your yoga instructor — has ever given you a tool specifically designed to release it.
Until now.

She asked where to buy one before she even got off the floor. That’s the psoas. That’s always the psoas.

The story of how Thrival started when I was 19 and why Thrival solves a pain point that no other tool can solve.

This thing can release any muscle group, for any size person, most similarly to a massage therapist.
