My life has never been calm. Kids, business, travel sports, all of it.
And I haven't missed a workout in longer than I can remember because I stopped building a routine that required calm conditions to work.
What actually works is having a short list of things that don't move no matter what the week looks like, and flexible options for everything else.
Not a perfect plan. A plan that survives real life.
