Still looking for the right club volleyball opportunity?

CVC is currently evaluating prospective athletes for a limited number of remaining roster positions on our 13U, 14U and 15U teams.

Preseason assessments give athletes an opportunity to meet our coaches, get in the gym and be evaluated for an available position.

Assessments are happening now and space is limited.

To be considered, email [email protected] with your athlete’s name, age group, and a brief volleyball background.

Choose Challenge. Choose Growth. Choose CVC.

Let's talk a little bit about which position requires the highest volleyball IQ.

Setter: reads the block, controls the tempo, makes split-second decisions for the entire offense, and leads & communicates every play.

Libero: reads the hitter, anticipates every attack, great defensive positioning, leader of the back row.

Middle Blocker: reads the setter, understands quick tempo and slides, makes fast decisions in blocking and offense, adapts quickly to opponent strategies.

Outside Hitter: reads the block, chooses the right shot, adapts to different shots and situations, handles pressure and game-changing moments.

Which position do you think must have the highest volleyball IQ? Tell us in the comments.

Volleyball Parents - how many can you check off? And be honest - if your birth year starts with 19, wristbands had a totally different meaning back in the day. Tag a volleyball parent who's definitely got BINGO!

We are grateful for every athlete who showed up to tryouts, competed, listened, hustled, and gave us their best.

At CVC, the work matters. So does the community.

The energy we saw in the gym is exactly what we hope to build all season long: effort, connection, confidence, and team-first athletes.

Thank you for showing up. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
