Today I got to lead a 45 minute Yoga Class to kickoff Mental Health Heroes Oyster Roast & Wellness Fair benefitting Mental Health Heroes. It was such an honor to work with you all and I can’t wait for next year!
The vendors were incredible and the sushi & oysters were great too. 💗
