Join us October 29th for all evening spooky themed fitness classes. Wear your Halloween costume and receive some free candy and CELCIUS!! (while supplies lasts)

You will also be entered into a costume contests where the winners receive a free duffle bag and gym gear giveaway!!

This class offers an intense workout consisting of simple cardio and strength exercises performed in short intervals, with built in rest breaks in between.

Classes offered Tuesday through Thursday every week.

WAKE UP AND RIDE! Ride and Shine cycling class is available for drop-in every week on Wednesdays at 10am.
