Know what to expect before you get to the race this weekend!

The most important thing I'll say about parking is to please drive slow 🐢 and to listen to the parking volunteers. This year I bought them light up vests and things that look like light sabers soooo you can't miss them!

Here are your packet pick up times for Hell Hole⬆️

We HIGHLY recommend picking up your packet on Friday at because there will be a lot of you out there Saturday morning and this will save you some time and stress on race morning!

Also--our friends at are offering 20% off everything in store except for shoes and inserts sooo go stock up on some of my favorite nutrition products (.second and and anything else you may need!

100 milers: you can not pick up your packet at on Friday but you can still go shop and let them know you're running the race to get the discount. Your packets will only be available at the start/finish line Friday evening👌🏼

I love that isn't just coaching-it's also a community 🫶🏽 They have coached practices all week so for those of us who need a little accountability or like to run with friends--this is for you!

Our races are cupless! This means you will not find any cups at our aid stations. Ya'll would not believe how much trash comes just from those tiny little cups at aid stations☠️

We love being outside and want to do our part to take care of our good friend, Earth 🌍 ❤️ and getting rid of all those little cups is just one small way we can do that

We teamed up with and are part of their sustainable racing program--huge thanks to them for creating this awesome program and for providing reusable cups for our races!

If you have a collapsible/reusable cup please bring it. If you need one you can grab it at packet pick up for free.

If you're not familiar with these--they crumple up and are super tiny and lightweight so you can easily stash it anywhere in your pocket/vest/etc.. Keep it and reuse it over and over👌🏼
