Makes 2-4 servings depending on whether you have it as a side or an entree -Head of Kale
-Handful of sunflower seeds
-2 Pitted, chopped dates
-Fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
-Dressing is EVOO, balsamic vinegar, honey, & fresh lemon juice
