I had an emotional conversation with a client yesterday. She is doing an amazing job with her weight loss journey and has lost over 20lbs so far. I’m so very proud of her. But sometimes, we don’t let ourselves be proud of how far we’ve come.

So a friendly a reminder: we are worthy of feeling good about ourselves at any stage in our life journey. We are not the summation of our past events, traumas or mistakes. Our past does not make us unworthy of happiness or hope. In fact, surviving those mistakes, tramas and events make you even more worthy because you are stronger from them.🤍

It occurred to me that I never posted the new profile pic. 🤪 It was beyond special to have .images in Miami capturing the behind the scenes moments of that weekend.

Reflecting on this year and I’m beyond proud of my ability to pull myself back together and accomplish this goal. Lesson of the year: NEVER QUIT ON YOUR DREAMS no matter what life throws at you, don’t lose your passion, drive or self confidence. It will pay off in due time.

6 years difference in these 2 photos. Everyone’s path is different, and mine took exactly the amount of time I needed. I never would have thought that this hobby of mine would turn into my passion and profession. I never would have thought that the hardships and pain over those 6 years would put me right where I was meant to be. So if you have a passion and it continues to show itself to you, don’t ignore it, embrace it and work tirelessly toward your goals.
