Another week of moving, flowing, and soaking up these last few weeks of summer with our favorite people! Make sure you come see us before the season ends 🩵 scroll ➡️ to see fun pics from this week 🫶🏼

Things to note this week:
• Full Moon Yoga is back, come flow with us under the full moon this Friday!
• No Wednesday 9:30am Folly Beach class class this week
• Tuesdays at Hampton Park Sunset Yoga: stop by Lillian’s after class and enjoy a special meal!
• Stay tuned for updated sunset class times coming soon!

We love keeping our community classes accessible, but please remember they are not free. We ask everyone who attends to contribute what they can, with a suggested minimum of $10 per person. Your contributions allow us to compensate our teachers and keep these community classes going.

Some fun things this week:
• Lillian’s is offering our Hampton Park classes a really sweet deal. Swing by after class, and you can get a Green Salad, Veggie Bowl w Carolina Rice, Corn Broth, and Dalai Sofia Kombucha for only $20. Just tell them you took class with us to receive the special!
• We’re partnering with Bloom & Bean Flower Cafe for our Pitt Street Bridge classes🌸☕️ We will hopefully have a promo code for you this week – if not this week, next week!
• Swing by Dead Low Coffee Co. after class for a special deal when you tell them you took class with us!

Glow Yoga is back!!! We are SUPER excited to bring back glow in the dark yoga🌟🧘‍♀️

Don’t have any Friday night plans yet?? Come join Shane Windham under the moon and stars Friday, August 14th at 7:45pm at 6th West Folly Beach!

Make sure to bring your glow sticks, a towel or tapestry, water and meet us on the beach for some movement and connection.

We prefer you don’t bring the blinking kind of glowsticks, or at least bring something with a steady light setting. Walmart and sometimes the dollar store usually have them in stock
