Feeling tight, stressed, or holding onto tension? This simple breathwork practice will help you soften, release, and reset.
✨ The 4-7-8 Breath Method ✨
🫁 Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
🛑 Hold at the top for 7 seconds
💨 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds
🔄 Repeat 4 times
