I’m disgusted.

I encourage all women to learn how to defend themselves.. BUT WTF ā€œMenā€?

I have been a jerk in my dating life and have made mistakes in how I carry myself, but nothing ever remotely close to this horror story…

I don’t care that this is a fitness account. I will not be idle while these things are happening in our society.

I’m so sorry to all the women in my life and across the web.

Spring is already here… 🌸

You still haven’t made your beach body dream into a reality.

Life at in Charleston, SC. šŸ‘ŠšŸ»

04/06/2026

Nearly 1 Year Later.

It’s officially been over a year since I accepted the opportunity to be a founding trainer(Now Head Trainer/Manager) for the 1st location of here in Charleston.

Nearly 2 years ago, I was a mess.

I was broke again.
I was in more debt again.
I was struggling with addiction again.
I was struggling with mental health again.

In my 3 years living in Charleston, I’ve moved 4 times, changed medications, made/lost friends, been emotionally heartbroken, and switched jobs 3 times. Driving Uber to make more money and replace my primary income after leaving Crunch in July of 2024. Oh did I forget to mention that I was in a hit and run? šŸ˜…

I’m not here saying that all of my 20’s have been horrible. I’ve had so many good memories, relationships, conversations and laughs along the way!

Going an unconventional route has given me a lot of life experience. I won’t word vomit my various accolades.

Through the turbulent times, you need to have a foundation. Something you’re soley focused on along with varied interests in your personal life.

Boxing has become that for me. My background is in fitness and I haven’t lost that knowledge/skill. If anything it’s been further enhanced.

I hadn’t been a trainer since 2022 and had not done boxing/kickboxing since 2021. So I did initially have to dust off my boots.

My skill level, health, strength and athleticism is now better than it ever has been.

I couldn’t have had this growth without my family, friends, trainers and mentors helping me along the way.

I’m excited to see what the following decade has in store for me.

You guessed it.⁣
⁣
Social media has been a great tool for finding new connections—personal, professional, even romantic. But it’s also been a double‑edged sword.⁣
⁣
I haven’t been at my best mentally, something I’ve shared transparently to help others and myself. Social media amplifies feelings of inadequacy, loneliness, and frustration.⁣
⁣
I saw a similar post yesterday that really resonated with me, albeit with more vulgar language—that’s exactly how I feel.⁣
Running a business makes social media feel necessary for building a personal brand. With the holidays coming up—and missing Thanksgiving for the third year in a row—I’m doing a lot of soul‑searching.⁣
⁣
I’ll keep using social media, but I need a break. I don’t know how long.⁣
⁣
Take care of yourself.⁣

Post-Halloween check-in šŸŽƒ
10 days nicotine-free šŸ’Ŗ
Progress isn’t perfect, but it’s real. Every day’s a battle, and I’m still showing up šŸ‘Š

If you’re ready to level up—train with me at Bout Boxing Charleston or online. Let’s get to work 🄊

11/01/2025

Quick check-in. 7 days nicotine-free.
First full workout back since quitting — honestly didn’t know how it’d go after tweaking my back on Monday, but once I got moving, everything started to click again.

Funny moment though — I fully intended to take preworkout today, but my ADHD brain forgot to actually pour it in the shaker šŸ˜….

This whole process isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when things don’t go exactly as planned. Just trying to stay real and keep documenting the ups and downs.
