What to expect | Competitive Warrior “Team Fitness” Games….

FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

Event 1: The MetCon Burner *High Intensity Focused

- The best intermediate/advanced (3 players per team) compete in a 6-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) tag-team relay.

Event 2: The “Survivor” Static Holds *Mental Toughness & Core Focused

- This is best for beginners/intermediate (3 players per team) compete in an elimination-style endurance challenge.

Event 3: The Precision & Power Relay (Agility & Accuracy)

- This is a hybrid race blending speed and hand-eye coordination.

Event 4: The Eliminator | Survival of the FiTTest!

-The top four teams will advance to a single-elimination tournament to crown the official Charleston Fit Fest Champion!

Event 5: Grand Finale: The Olympic Medley Relay (Everyone competes)
