Small Group Yin Yoga — 4-Week Series

Slow down, soften, and settle into a nourishing Yin Yoga practice. This gentle, floor-based class uses longer-held postures to support flexibility, mobility, relaxation, and a deeper sense of ease in the body.

Our small group setting allows for individual attention and plenty of space to practice comfortably.

Hike + Yoga | Late Summer Series

Time to slow down, breathe deeply, and do relaxing things in the sunshine.

Late summer invites us to savor what remains, the warmth of the sun, time outside, bare feet on the earth, and the beauty of Northern Michigan before the season begins to turn.

Join us for Hike + Yoga, a relaxed outdoor experience combining an easy nature hike with grounding yoga, breath, and time to simply be outside.

As the days gradually shorten, we'll soak in the warmth and light of late summer so we can carry a little of that light with us into fall.
