It’s official ✨ our little cubs class is up and running! Ages 4 to 7! What a great age to fall in love with martial arts. Learning Brazilian JiuJitsu at this age means learning through play, sport specific games that pay off later down the line.

Community ✨ everyone is here for a different reason, from a different walk of life. Still they all come together and consistently support each other. We are truly blessed to have such and amazing community here at fuzion.

Just keep showing up. Believe it or not, that’s the hardest part, consistency.

Stay active-stay consistent! Consistency is king. Creating a training schedule is perfect to keep you on track and hold yourself accountable. Make sure to check on your teammates, remind them of their goals and why they started. A solid friend will hold you accountable.

Some well earned belt promotions! Real confidence comes from measurable progress. When kids notice a real difference, speed, power, flexibility etc you can see them light up when they get it! Real confidence comes from the hours of practice and pressure. These kids worked for it!
