3, 2, 1 - LET'S GO KIDDOS - another 6 Week Program starts January 29th!
In this class, we will begin to up their intensity with strength and conditioning workouts. Kids will be introduced to more things around the gym as well.

Tomorrow - 6 weeks (3 on, 1 off, 3 on)!
It’s not crazy barbell things. This child is a competitive golfer so we modified a weighted ball slam to mimic his swing. The rest of the group? Movement modified for their lives.
