Below are brief overviews of the position descriptions.
Clubhouse Coordinator:
The clubhouse coordinator is responsible for coordinating the events and cleaning services, at the clubhouse. He/she is responsible for the clubhouse rentals of PPRSC. He/she is also responsible for supplying the Snack Shack with snacks and drinks during Pool season. This person will also be responsible for managing our new Club Store.
Director of Membership/Revenue Development:
The Director of Membership and Revenue Development is responsible for selling, and maintaining the membership of the PPRSC members. This role also identifies and creates opportunities that generate additional revenue for the club. This position develops sponsorship relationships with local businesses, coordinates sponsorship banner sales and placements, creates fundraising initiatives and events to support the club’s financial goals.
Pool Director:
The Pool Director is responsible for ensuring the seasonal readiness of the Providence Plantation Racquet & Swim Club pool facilities in addition to managing the relationship between the Pool Management Company (PMC) and the PPRSC, including monitoring that the PMC is adhering to the agreement in place with PPRSC.
Social Committee representative:
Supports the Social Director in the planning, organization, and ex*****on of the club social events.
