Monday we talked about why better reps matter. A big part of that is intent.
Strength builds force. Power is how quickly you can use it.
That’s why our programming isn’t just about picking exercises. Load, speed, and ex*****on all have a purpose based on what the athlete needs.
Build force. Apply it fast. ⚡️

Strength moves the weight. Power moves it fast. ⚡️
Both matter, but they train different qualities. Strength builds your ability to produce force. Power teaches you to produce that force quickly.
Swipe through to see the difference, and why a well-rounded program needs both. 💪

Getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker. 💪
Strength training helps protect the muscle, bone, power, and independence you’ll rely on for decades.
Train for more than today.
Live Longer. Live Stronger.

Creatine gets talked about a lot. But what does it actually do? 👀
It can help support strength, power, training performance, and your ability to do more quality work over time.
The simple version:
💪 Creatine monohydrate
🥄 3–5g daily
📆 Consistency > perfect timing
🏋️ And yes… you still have to put in the work.
Save this one for the next time creatine has you confused.

How heavy should you actually be lifting? 🏋🏽
Heavy enough to challenge you, but controlled enough to keep good form.
Aim to finish most working sets with about 1–3 quality reps left in the tank.
Too easy? Add weight.
Too heavy? Back it down.
Challenging but controlled? Keep building.
The goal isn’t the heaviest weight possible. It’s the right challenge for progress.

Your coach is watching more than the weight on the bar. 👀
Form. Control. Recovery. Habits. When to push, when to pull back, and when you’ve got one more.
The little things tell us a lot, and they’re often where progress shows up first.
Train with purpose. Train with IPT. 💪🏽
