You can admire someoneβs life and use it as fuel.
Then build your version of it.
You do not need to follow their exact path to create results that feel aligned.
Plenty of moms are building careers, raising families, and going after more.
They chose their vision and committed to it.
Your season simply asks for clarity on what matters most right now and the courage to move on it.

Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing what to do.
It is trying to access that version of yourself in the middle of a moment that feels loud, urgent, and emotionally charged.
You may genuinely want to be more patient.
You may know how you want to communicate.
You may even promise yourself that next time will be different.
And then the next time comesβand suddenly you are reacting in a way that feels familiar, but not like the woman you are trying to become.
If that has been happening to you, this does not mean you are incapable of change.
It may mean your body is reaching for an old pattern before your intentional response has a chance to catch up.
In the newest episode of Radiant Mom Rising, weβre talking about why this happens and what you can begin practicing in the space between the trigger and your response.
Not perfection.
Not pretending you never get frustrated.
A practical way to pause, reconnect with yourself, and make a different choiceβeven if you do not get it right every time.

You can begin with the honest recognition that the way you have been doing things is no longer working for you.

Every woman is on her own path.
Different starting points.
Different timelines.
Different challenges.
Different outcomes.
When you fully accept that, comparison loses its power.
Your energy shifts from keeping up to creating a life that actually fits you.
Freedom starts when you honor your path.

A lot of women think freedom comes from one big decision.
It doesnβt.
Itβs built over time through the choices you make.
Not just choosing what you love to doβ¦
but creating a life where you donβt feel trapped in it.
The goal isnβt to escape your life.
Itβs to build one where you have options.

For generations, women's health has been studied through a system that often treated the male body as the default.
says that has real consequences for women.
Symptoms can look different.
Medications can affect women differently.
And too many women are left questioning their own experiences.
Your health concerns deserve to be taken seriously.
Keep asking questions.
Keep advocating for yourself.
Keep looking for answers.

How many times have you started the week thinking, βOkay, THIS week Iβm really going to do itβ¦β
And you meant it.
But then something changed.
The unexpected expense came up.
Someone got sick.
Work demanded more from you.
The launch didnβt go the way you hoped.
The house got behind.
Life simply didnβt follow the plan.
The interruption isnβt always what knocks us down the most.
Sometimes itβs what we make the interruption mean about ourselves.
Iβm inconsistent.
I can never follow through.
Maybe Iβm not cut out for this.
But what if growth isnβt measured by how perfectly you follow the plan?
What if itβs also measured by how you respond when the plan changes?
Thatβs a huge part of what I want to explore with you this Tuesday inside:

Weβre going deeper into self-trust, self-leadership, the patterns that keep pulling us back, and how to keep becoming through the REALITY of your lifeβnot some perfect version of it.
Because life wonβt always cooperate.
But you can learn how to come back to yourself when it doesnβt.
If thatβs something you need in this season, comment TRUST and Iβll send you the details. π
And send this to a mom whoβs been a little too hard on herself lately. She might need this reminder too.
The way you speak to yourself matters.
A simple place to start: ask yourself, "What would I say to my best friend?"
You'd probably offer compassion, encouragement, and maybe a little tough love.
Give yourself that same grace.
The first step is noticing how you talk to yourself.
From there, you can start changing the pattern.
