✨ Huge shoutout to our lead volunteer for Up Ending Parkinson’s Meet-ups, Sophia (.soph_dpt)!

Sophia was pivotal in getting UEP started at Inner Peaks and has been showing up every week since—helping participants crush climbs, sharing her PT expertise, and organizing volunteers to keep the stoke high. She’s proof that movement is a powerful way to fight back against Parkinson’s, and we are so lucky to have her leading the charge. 💪🧗‍♂️
