She Tris Sprint Triathlon South Carolina and North Carolina's only all-women Sprint Triathlons. If she believes she can, she will! She Tris events take place around the Charleston area.

She Tris Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon events are for women of all ages, sizes, ability levels and backgrounds. Daughters, mothers, sisters, aunts, and grandmothers can all participate together. She Tris Sprint Triathlons take place in June and August in Mt. Pleasant, SC and in September in Summerville, SC. However and wherever the journey starts, She Tris is an event any woman can accomplish.

Congrats to all the finishers of Ville to Ville Coastal Relay and Wilmington Ironman 70.3 and especially to our crew!
