It's FINALLY race week! ✈️ Don't Miss These Important Reminders!

The 19th Annual CLT Runway 5K is Saturday, October 17. The course is flat, fast and completely on the runway and taxiways at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, with planes queuing up, taking off and landing around you.

BEFORE YOU GO:
• Participants 18 and over need a REAL ID or passport to run.
• No bags are allowed. Only running belts allowed. Diaper bags are permitted but subject to search.
• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult.

YOUR RACE-MORNING PLAN:
• Park at Charlotte Premium Outlets. Buses take you to the secure airfield.
• First bus: 5:15 AM. Last bus: 6:45 AM.
• The 5K starts at 7:30 AM.

*Only those registered can board the bus to the airfield. NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED.

Plan to be on an early bus. The runway will still be there at 7:30 AM, but the last bus won’t wait.
Proceeds fund Airport Opportunity Scholarships with CPCC, supporting careers in aviation for CMS graduates.

The event is now completely SOLD OUT, and we are no longer able to accept any additional registrations.

Get ready for takeoff, and we’ll see you on the runway! 🏃‍♀️

Some of the bravest things people do never get a finish line. This one does..

On Saturday morning, a crowd of people will gather in Huntersville to walk, run and say out loud that mental health matters. We’d love for you to be one of them.

📍 Daetwyler Plaza | Huntersville, NC
📅 October 17 | 8:00 AM

Hosted by icuTalks, a Charlotte-based ministry breaking the stigma around mental health and creating spaces for healing and hope, this is a morning where fun meets purpose.

WHY YOUR STEPS MATTER

• Raise awareness and help reduce stigma in our community
• Support icuTalks events, workshops and resources that offer hope, education, community and access to care
• Honor Claudia and others we’ve lost, and stand with those still fighting
• Come as you are. This is a safe, inclusive space where everyone belongs

Claudia’s 5K: Call Out for Courage is 4 days away. Walk with a friend, bring the family, or come with your coworkers and make a morning of it. Any pace is the right pace.
