Congratulations to for being inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame! His work ethic, muscular endurance, and ability to disassociate his brain from his body were unbelievable to watch throughout each training session. recorded the fastest L-drill this year among linebackers at his pro day today, clocking in at an impressive 6.78 seconds! This performance would have placed him in the top 5 for both the shuttle and 40-yard dash at the combine. Doing the little things can lead to great things 👏👏

Big year for ! He’s not only a Super Bowl champion but has also just signed with the Raiders. What’s even more impressive is his incredible work ethic.
