At the Charlotte Sports Foundation, our leaders wear many hats. They’re strategists, creatives, operators, mentors and some of them are also moms.

What makes this group of women in our organization so special isn’t just their ability to “do it all.” It’s the empathy, resilience, perspective and leadership they bring into every room.

Sports teaches teamwork, adaptability and showing up for others. So does motherhood.

This Mother’s Day weekend, we’re celebrating the moms who lead with strength, heart and truly an unmatched work ethic. We’re grateful for the example they set for our teams, our partners, and the next generation watching them succeed.

To all the moms leading on and off the field, thank you 💙

Looking back on 2025, what stands out isn’t just the numbers, it’s the moments.

A stadium full of Savannah Bananas fans.
A city electrified by college basketball.
Fans obsessed with mayo parading down Mint Street.

But as you can see when you swipe through the numbers tell an incredible story too!

Take a look at our 2025 annual report (link below) to learn more about our largest and most meaningful impact to date.

FYI: The Queen City is just getting started
