Please join us for our first ever women’s event!
On Wednesday, September 16 at 6:30 PM, we have three local experts coming to Momentus to talk about women’s health through perimenopause and menopause.
We’ll talk hormones, pelvic health, and the mental and emotional side of this stage of life. Most importantly, it’s a night about education and giving you better information to navigate this, whether you’re already in it or want to be better prepared for what’s ahead.
The event is open to everyone, but registration is required. Head to the link in our bio to get signed up!

Medal Monday! 🏆
We want to give a huge shoutout to , whol took on the 29029 Everesting Challenge in Whistler — and absolutely crushed it. 👏🔥
So…what exactly is 29029?
The goal is to climb 29,029 vertical feet in a single event — the equivalent elevation of reaching the summit of Mount Everest. 🏔️
Participants repeatedly hike up and back down the same mountain, accumulating elevation until they’ve reached 29,029 feet.
That means:
⛰️ 29,029 feet of vertical gain
🥾 Multiple trips up the mountain
💪 Hours and hours of physical effort
🧠 An enormous mental challenge
🔥 And a whole lot of determination
We’re proud of you, Doug!! #29029

Back-to-School Reset 🎒💪
The kids aren’t the only ones starting a new routine!
Back-to-school season can be the perfect time for YOU to reset your habits, too.
Life gets busy quickly, so instead of waiting for the “perfect” time to get back on track:
✨ Schedule your workouts before your calendar fills up.
✨ Start with 2–3 workouts a week — consistency beats trying to do everything at once.
✨ Build momentum now so you’re not scrambling to get back into a routine after the holidays.
You don’t need a complete life overhaul. You just need a plan you can actually stick with.
New routine. New momentum. Same you — just stronger. 💪
What’s one healthy habit you’re bringing back this school year?

Should adults sprint?
For the right person... absolutely.
Here’s why. 👇🏻
Many of our clients are here training for life outside the gym. They play tennis. Pickleball. Soccer. Chase grandkids. Join weekend leagues.
All of those activities require short bursts of speed.
So we have two choices:
Hope strength training alone prepares them...
Or actually expose them to the types of movements they’ll encounter when they step onto the court or field.
We choose the second.
That doesn’t mean everyone walks in on Day 1 and starts sprinting. Quite the opposite.
We’re very intentional about how we progress people. These videos are some examples of things we may do.
🏃 Timed 10-yard sprints
🛷 Sled sprints
🎾 Reactive tennis ball drills
The goal is to prepare your body for the demands of the activities you already love so you can play with confidence and reduce your risk of injury.
Train for the life you want to live. That’s what we’re after.
