We offer aerial silks, trapeze, lyra, rope, hand balancing, sling, straps, and cyr wheel classes. We have adult and youth programs! Private lessons, birthday parties, and private group lessons are also offered. Anyone can try aerial dance. No prior knowledge or experience is needed! (Not even a pull up)

We would like to shout out and thank , who taught her last regularly scheduled class this week.
Sam has been an aerialist for 4 years and with her background in Exercise Science and joie de vivre, she is a natural aerial teacher. We have been sooooo lucky to have her on the team here, guiding students through their silks journeys with all the love and enthusiasm!
You can catch Sam teaching one more time (Silks Basics) at our 7/24 Open House 5p - 8p, and you'll still see her around 'cause she can't get rid of us that easy. 😉
